Project Coordinator & Communications Specialist

As we continue to invest deeply in the formation of adults, families, and young people in our parish, we are searching for someone who can join our team to help us build up the kingdom and provide for our parish community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our enthusiastic priest team and staff is committed to growing a community of missionary disciples who take their Catholic faith and sacramental life seriously. As Communications Specialist, this person will advance our mission by passionately sharing about what is happening within our parish and apostolates and inviting others to encounter Jesus Christ and grow deeper in their Catholic faith. As Project Coordinator, the primary responsibilities include spearheading registration for formation events throughout the parish, helping parishioners establish a routine of daily prayer through our Hallow partnership, and leading the planning of our annual Women’s Retreat.

The ideal candidate for this position would be:
well formed, practicing Catholics who is faithful to the Church and her teachings,

seeking to continually grow in knowledge of the Catholic faith,
self motivated,
coachable,
one who makes decisions with ease,
comfortable working both independently and closely with teammates,
excited to work on a staff committed to building up the kingdom.
This staff member will report to the Director of Mission and Catholic Identity and will work alongside the formation and administration teams out of the centralized parish office in Waunakee. The full time, exempt position will be largely office based (with the employee maintaining a regular schedule of 4 days a week in person, during regular business hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm). Project Coordinating tasks would require occasional evening and weekend work. The start date would be July 1, 2026, with flexibility for the right candidate.
