Fully Alive

I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.
- John 10:10

Thank you for your patience as we await the printed versions of this year’s The Big Picture Books!

If your family is still missing any of their books - either Part I (Chapters 1 - 4) of the Parent Book or the children / teen lectio divina prayer journals, reach out to us!

Reach out to the Formation Staff or your school principal to onboard to Hallow! This is an incredible resource to help you and your family develop a daily prayer routine.

If you’re looking for a Bible for yourself or a teen in your life, make sure to purchase a Catholic translation.

Choose from either the New American Bible (NAB or NABRE) or the Revised Standard Version - Catholic Edition (RSV-2CE). The New American Bible contains the translation of Sacred Scripture we hear at Mass, but the Revised Standard Version - Catholic Edition is also excellent for personal study and prayer.

The following are editions of those Bibles that we would highly recommend.

In addition to praying with the Scriptures through The Big Picture books, we would encourage all parishioners to be getting to know the story of Salvation History better throughout their lives.

For adults and high school teens, we would recommend:

For children, our very favorite resource is The Story of All Stories, appropriate for both grade schoolers and middle schoolers.

For children, we would also recommend the many great children’s resources from Ascension press. You could use the following with your children as part of your nightly prayer routine:

These are the lessons for parents to use to cover Safe Environment material with their children. Thank you for your investment in the instruction on this important topic!
